Do I need to create an account to shop at your online store?
No, you don’t need to create an account to shop with us. You can make a purchase using our guest checkout. However, by creating an online account you can:
- Checkout faster update and save your details
- Review past orders
- Save and view your wishlist
- Be informed about sales and special offers
The item I wanted is now out of stock
If something you love is no longer in stock, please feel free to contact us. A new in-house manufacturing centre is due to open.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our Legacy range has been manufactured in China using quality silk to our specifications since 2004. Our New Era range will be manufactured in the UK [coming soon].
Has my order been shipped out yet?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you’ll be sent an email confirmation to let you know that it’s on its way. Please make sure you save info@thehouseofsilk.com to your contact so that it doesn’t go to your junk box.
What is the item made from?
Please check each item for its composition, any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you need to amend or cancel your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. If your item has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel or amend it, unfortunately.
